I've my Canvas since nerarly 2 years. Suddenly the Controller Modul had got problems and I had contacted the Service for help. The Contact was very friendly, patience and helpful. As there was all Problem solution haven't no result she will sent me a replacement. Now my Canvas are full in function and my neighbor isn't only amazed about my Canvas, he bought himself. So, he has now his on built lamp and is also very contented with it.
After a few months my canvas couldn't boot. Contacted support and received a replacement.
My canvas not working anymore, 1 email and in 3 days I got a new controller.
