Easy to set up and great quality

I bought these and yes they work and look lovely. I then purchased a 15m extension from Amazon which did not work. I then ordered from Nanoleaf to ensure comparability but this took over a week to arrive. They did give me advice to get the 15m working and was successful. Rather than open another package when the Nanoleaf set arrived I requested a refund. I had to request this over 5 times before they supplied the return label. Then had the cheek to tell me there is a £5 re-stocking fee. They know the problems I faced and that’s not good enough for a full refund. I chose Nanoleaf because they are sold in Apple stores. I would think twice about them next time.
