I bought two items from this company and I never received any of them and the response was, go to the police and will see! I got robbed £160 from them.

The lights themselves are pretty standard led strip lights, the sticky pads could be better as they stuck well for a day or 2 then began to peel off (and yes, I cleaned the TV before hand.)

Anyway, initial set up was pretty straight forward and connected fine.

Operation, this is where the set falls down. The lights are intermittent when they pick up an image to mirror, uf you press the 4D button again it will reset and work again.

The camera often resets and loses its position on the screen, leading to weird colour choices as its scanning the area around the TV and not the screen.

After a few slrecent updates its working much better, but still has the odd glitch. Mainly in the app, saying it cannot reach devices, again refreshing fixes this.

All of these issues can be resolved with software/firmware updates, so hopefully they'll come along soon.

Note: the camera broke in the first couple of weeks (hardware literally snapped). Within 3 days I had a replacement sent out, free of charge.

Great customer service, generally good products that can be improved.

Have been speaking to customer service%2C response time has been disappointing slow%2C and lacking confirmation of my messages for more than a week at a time. It took me over a month to be told how to reset the controller%2C and that hasn’t worked and I have received no communication since relaying this. This product has caused my smart home to experience a whole range of connection issues between my many nanoleaf products. Disappointed
