Unreliable. I've given up

I'll begin by saying I've owned both B22 and E27 versions of the essentials bulbs and they've always been rock solid and responsive in my apple homekit environment.

The new GU10 versions however are the opposite of this. I've been using these for 3 months now and they work properly about 50% of the time. The other 50% they either won't turn at all or show the wrong colour or at the wrong brightness. Was using them in my kitchen but had to remove them as they were too flaky. Very disappointing considering the high cost.

They have potential, but they're not living up to it at the moment

Shows promise

Disappointing. Buggy firmware but I am confident of a fix. We are being charged for a beta product at best

Essentials Thread GU10s unreliable

The bulbs are extremely unreliable, purchased 27 bulbs and have not had a point in the last month where all bulbs are connected and responding, maintaining a stable thread connection seems all but impossible
Customer support has been very generic and poor, ignoring information I have provided in previous communications and asking me to try things I have already stated has been done

So much for a February launch!

Waited half the year for them to be in stock to order them and then had to wait two months for them to arrive

Disappointed

Connecting through the app is temperamental but it's a dream compared to getting them connected to Google Home using my Nest Hub 2nd gen. The instructions online bear little relation to reality and the Matter connection options in the nanoleaf app don't work for me. Even when you do get them connected, they frequently appear as offline.
I need Google Home to enable schedules as the nanoleaf app doesn't offer them. App and firmware all up to date. Multiple reboots tried. Feel like I've wasted my money to be honest.
