product itself, is in my opinion, is best in class. had an issue with the controller. contacted nanoleaf to purchase a new one and they sent one out for free, didnt even have to pay postage. brilliant customer care, which is a very rare commodity now days.

New control works fine!
After the original control stopped working, I got in touch with the Nano leaf customer service team and they replaced it for free. We were super happy about that, although delivery took almost 2 months! But still, it shipped for free, for that we are happy.

Warranty
Nano leaf looked at my issue with very prompt communication and concluded that it was a warranty issue. This was not my expectation and the again quickly sent out a replacement and my super awesome product is back up and running.
Nano leaf provided a seamless service above and beyond expectations.

Brilliant after sales service
My product became faulty after about a year, a quick e mail exchange diagnosed the problem and a new remote was sent to me free of charge within days my brilliant light is working perfectly again - quality contact & service!
