I had a replacement processor sent to me as the one that came with my lines would not connect to my WiFi or go through either the soft or hard reset process. The new one is exactly the same, can’t connect it & can’t reset it. Nanoleaf support so far, have not be particularly helpful. Shame, as the lines look like they’re nice. My 15 are just sitting in a box, unusable.

Lines are amazing but these just dont last. This is my 3rd one in one year, wont connect to Wi-Fi fail on setup and with my newest one wont update firmware, I've tried everything!!
