Ordered a few bulbs, which mostly work fine although the more of them you add to a thread network the slower the thread network seems to get for some reason (which seems really counterintuitive).

One bulb didn’t work when it arrived, and it seems like Nanoleaf has just one person working in their support department so everything is really slow, I must’ve had like two replies in two months. Add to this the Nanoleaf shop itself being incredibly broken and I paid extra for fast delivery only for Nanoleaf to wait three weeks to dispatch them. Kind of ridiculous.

They’re good bulbs for the massively reduced sale price I got them for, but I would absolutely not buy these full price. They’re definitely cheap bulbs.

If you can find them on another store like Amazon or something like that, buy them that way. Then you aren’t at the mercy of Nanoleaf’s unbelievably understaffed support if they’re broken.

My bulb still doesn’t work by the way.

I purchased over £550 worth of Nanoleaf products just before Christmas and one of the products they sent was wrong. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement - to the wrong address - and now I’ve been trying since 12 January to contact customer service but I’m being ignored. Really unhappy 😔
