After going back and forth with an oddly aligned customer service group (multiple responses from seemingly different reps), they apologized for shorting us a linker. When they finally sent the linker, they sent the wrong ones. The ones I received are not made for the triangle NanoLeafs and do not fit. I needed the ones that look similar in thinness to a sim card. These are much thicker. When I let them know they sent the wrong items and requested the correct item, I've gotten ignored.
