Each of the 6 modes is designed to treat a specific skin concern—whether it’s fine lines, breakouts, puffiness, or tension.
What is Near Infrared Light (NIR)?
Near Infrared Light (NIR) is a type of light just beyond the visible spectrum that can penetrate deeper into the skin than visible light. It reaches below the skin’s surface to help accelerate healing at a deeper level.
How long should I use each mode?
Each mode runs for 4 minutes, and the wand will automatically shut off. For best results, use 3–5 times a week.
After I use Repair or Cooling mode once I can’t select them again — is my Wand broken?
No, this is normal. Repair and Cooling use cooling technology that requires a 4-minute cooldown to protect the device. During this time, those two modes are unavailable, but you can still use all other modes. After 4 minutes, Repair and Cooling will be ready again.
How soon will I see results?
You may notice improvements in tone and puffiness within the first couple of weeks, especially with consistent use. Deeper benefits like reduced fine lines or clearer skin typically appear after 4–6 weeks.
Is this Wand smart/app connected?
No, the Wand is not app-connected or smart-enabled.
Instead, it features an intuitive built-in control system with automatic timers, adjustable intensity levels, and vibration settings—giving you full control directly from the device itself.
Is the Wand rechargeable?
Yes, the wand is fully rechargeable. It includes a 2500mAh built-in battery and charges via USB-C in about 3.5 hours. One charge provides 1–3 hours of usage time, depending on the modes you choose.
How do you clean the Wand?
Wipe the head and body of the wand gently with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid harsh chemicals and DO NOT submerge the device in water. Always unplug and power it off before cleaning.
